When I was in nursing school, one of my instructors showed us a pie graph that depicted how our health care dollars were being utilized. Most of the graph was labeled "disease management" while only a very tiny slice was labeled "preventative care." She told us that this was going to flip. I believed her. Over 30 years later, we are still not there. Obviously we need radical change in how we approach healthcare. I want better for you, my client. I hope that you want better too. I believe that Nurse Coaching is the change we need. Let's make it happen!
